Ordering (Terms and Conditions)
Orders should be placed by emailing lisa@louloubelle.co.uk specifying which item(s) you require, your name, address, contact telephone number and date of your wedding. I will then contact you to discuss details (if necessary).
Full payment (cleared) is required before your order is confirmed ("Order Date"). Payment can be made by paypal, cheque or bank transfer. Full payment details will be provided at the time of ordering together with an estimated delivery date. Time should be allowed for cheques to clear before your order is processed. Turnaround may be up to 4-6 weeks from the Order Date at very busy times, but is usually much quicker.
Please be sure when you are placing your order that your jewellery or hair accessory is right for you.
Because all items are handmade to order and often bespoke designs, unfortunately I cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind.
All items on the website are representations of previous work. Because each piece is handmade to order, there may be some variations from the photographs on this site due to the nature of handmade jewellery, materials available from suppliers at the time or new improved techniques being used.
Sometimes unusual beads and materials are used and this means that occasionally a piece cannot be identically replicated. Suppliers may also have discontinued items without prior warning. If similar materials to those pictured are not available then you will be advised and alternative options discussed with you.
Changes requested by you to colour, size and materials may attract a supplement and you will be informed of this charge prior to or upon ordering. A request to expedite an order may be subject to a surcharge.

Postage and Packing
All items are gift boxed or gift wrapped. All delivery is via Royal Mail Special Delivery (unless otherwise requested by you, which will be at your own risk) and will require a signature on delivery (please consider this when providing a delivery address). If you want your item to be sent by recorded delivery or first class only this will be at your own risk as neither method is guaranteed to be delivered and is not tracked. Compensation is only offered by Royal Mail for jewellery when sent by Special Delivery. I cannot take responsibility for delayed or non-delivery due to factors beyond my control (e.g postal strikes). Please also bear in mind that due to workload timescales it may not be possible to manufacture and post a replacement order in time if your item is lost by Royal Mail when sent by recorded delivery or first class post. Special Delivery is always recommended.
Generally, postage and packing costs are as follows. A charge for multiple items may apply.
