Placing Your Order

Orders should be placed by emailing with the following information please:

- the product name and quantity of item(s) required
- your choice of materials (e.g. white Swarovski pearls, silver plated earposts)
- your name
- your billing address
- the delivery address (a signature will be required on delivery)
- a contact telephone number
- the date of your wedding

Please note:

(a)  Our FAQ page has useful information with regards to sizing, choosing materials etc.

(b)  Changes requested by you to colour, size and materials may attract a supplement and you will be informed of this charge prior to placing your order.

(c)  Please be sure when placing your order that your jewellery or hair accessory is right for you. Because all items are handmade to order and often bespoke designs, unfortunately I cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind.

(d)  All items on the website are representations of previous work. Because each piece is handmade to order, there may be some variations from the photographs on this site due to the nature of handmade jewellery, materials available from suppliers at the time or new improved techniques being used.

(e)  Any damage or breakages should be reported by email within 2 days of delivery.


Once I receive details of your order, I will then advise you of the estimated turnaround prior to payment being received. Depending on the size of the order and current workload levels this can be up to 4 weeks, although it is often much quicker. A request to expedite an urgent order may be subject to a surcharge.


Payment can be made by Bank Transfer or PayPal (using a PayPal account / credit card / debit card). A charge of 4% is applied to all PayPal payments. Full payment details will be provided by email. Once full payment has been received and cleared, you will be emailed a receipted invoice - this confirms that your order has been placed. By placing an order and sending payment you are agreeing to the terms mentioned herein.

Postage and Packing

All items are sent wrapped and/or gift boxed depending on the item (hair pins will be wrapped in tissue paper in an airtight bag) together with a care information leaflet. Pairs of earrings may be boxed in pillow boxes.

Most items will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature on delivery (please consider this when providing a delivery address). Special delivery ensures that the item is tracked, insured and delivered before 1pm the next working day. Compensation is only offered by Royal Mail for jewellery when sent by Special Delivery. Special Delivery is always recommended.

If you want your item to be sent by Recorded Delivery or First Class post this will be at your own risk as neither method is guaranteed to be delivered and is not tracked. I cannot take responsibility for delay or non-delivery due to factors beyond my control (e.g postal strikes, flooding). Please also bear in mind that due to workload it may not be possible to manufacture and post a replacement order in time if your item is lost by Royal Mail when sent by Recorded Delivery or First Class post.

Special Delivery costs from 7.00 depending on the weight of the items (additional costs often apply for multiple items).

Recorded Delivery costs from 4.50 depending on the size and weight of the items (additional costs often apply for multiple items).
